Looking after the people behind the profession.
Healthy, connected workplaces don’t happen by accident. They’re shaped by how people communicate, lead, manage pressure and look after one another.
Ground & Grow delivers practical, engaging wellbeing workshops that help people and teams feel steadier, more connected and better equipped for the work they do.
Practical support that starts with your people.
I bring two decades of experience in education and leadership, including fourteen years as a school principal, together with professional counselling expertise and a genuine understanding of rural and regional communities.
My workshops are conversational, grounded and tailored to the people in the room. They’re not about adding another task to an already full plate. They’re about creating useful space for reflection, honest conversation and meaningful change.
