Cancelling & Rescheduling Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To ensure fairness and to allow availability for other clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur the full session fee.

Rescheduling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a $45 rescheduling fee.
Cancellations or changes made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee.
This policy applies to both in-person and telehealth appointments.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and encourage open communication wherever possible. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the time and care involved in providing counselling services.
